Job duties:
- customer service for new and existing clients as well as new customers acquisition
- To present the logistics products to potential customers
- To promote and present company’s image
- Organize sales process in order to provide professional customer service
- Sales results and potential market research
- Follow up freight movement in international and national levels till it has reached its destination
- Coordinate the international sea, air, land or multimodal freight operations
- To offer customers the best and the most beneficial logistics solutions
- Coordinate cooperation with the partners and customers
- To add and process data within company’s data base, keep and analyze records
- Precisely and on time provide and transfer for the company’s management requested documents, news, reports related with the company’s accountancy
Requirements for candidates:
- Desirable higher education in logistics
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in sales
- Excellent knowledge of languages: Latvian, English, Russian
- High sense of responsibility, attention, accuracy, stress resistance, communication skills, the ability to act fast and make decisions quickly
- Ability to communicate with different kind of characters and people
- Motivation and ability to acquire new knowledge
- Good MS Office skills
- Possibility to go on business trips
- Willingness to work and get results
