Main duties:
• daily organization of administrative work at the office (e.g. coordination of e-mails, phone calls and correspondence, welcoming guests)
• preparation and execution of record-keeping documents
• organization of supplying necessary goods for the office
• assisting to the company’s management team within the competence (e.g. organization of business trips, development of necessary documents)
• handling of the management system handbook and preparation of necessary documents
• participation in various projects at the company
Requirements for candidates:
• appropriate higher or incomplete higher education
• excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian (verbal/written) and good knowledge of English
• good time management skills and ability to set priorities
• ability to work in a team, initiative and high sense of responsibility
• preferable experience in a similar position
