Here’s a little insight into our latest most exciting project cargo:
Cargo which consisted of 2 transformers with a total weight of 270 tons and 10 wagons with additional cargo was transported from Port of Gijón in Spain via port of Ventspils to Zarafshan in Uzbekistan.
The total transit time with loading, transportation, customs clearance and unloading was 35 days.
It is no secret that we are very proud of our ability to offer Project Cargo service. It requires a detailed planning which is one of the major points to deliver cargo efficiently and on time.
The most challenging part of the project was coordination, changing of plans due to bad weather and management of creative solutions to secure cargo so that it could be delivered from the starting point to the destination in the most efficient and safe way and we did it well.
