Job responsibilities
- Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order;
- Current and potential company’s customer service;
- Document preparing for customers and management;
- Working with import and export declarations;
- Work with software’s and databases;
- Finding out the latest trends in the transport and logistics;
- Consulting customers regarding logistics;
- Representation of clients in transactions with partners;
- Manage delivery of the cargo.
Job requirements
- University degree;
- Desirable experience in logistics;
- Excellent English, Latvian and Russian;
- Ability to collaborate with customers and partners;
- Being motivated, flexible, have a pleasant personality and a positive attitude;
- Ability to communicate with different kind of characters and people;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Motivation and ability to acquire new knowledge;
